Take a trip out to Valley Milkhouse in Oley, PA. Stefanie Angstadt, founder and head cheesemaker, will lead you on a guided tour of the cheesemaking facility, teaching you about everything that goes into the cheesemaking process.

But what about foods from regions where wine grapes aren’t prevalent? What about global cuisines—many of which are outside of Europe—that celebrate heat and tang? Cha McCoy, Certified Sommelier and owner of The Communion wine boutique, knows that good foods and wines go together and that the cuisines of Africa, Asia, and the Americas are just as worthy of great pours.
Join Cha and Binding Agents for a talk in celebration of her new book, Wine Pairing for the People: The Communion of Wine, Food, and Culture from Africa and Beyond, at Pray Tell Winery (1615 N. Hancock St). The conversation will be led by Monty Younkins of Santé.

Santé at Miss Rachel's Pantry
Dinner is $165 per person. The all-inclusive $330 table-for-two price includes complimentary natural wine pairings, expertly by sommelier Daniel Solway matched with FOUR early spring courses, plus coffee and tea, a seasonal non-alcoholic bev, and service. Tipping is not required and tax is added at checkout. The Pantry is BYOB and there are no corkage or additional fees!
This Thursday night dinner at Miss Rachel's Pantry begins at 7 pm.
The 4-course menu will be set without options. Note we use a lot of common allergens in our kitchen, and therefore cannot accommodate a cashew, soy, mushroom, or coconut allergy at this time. Let us know if you have any other food allergies, and we will notify you ahead of time if we are able to accommodate.
Our dining room is all two-seater tables. If you have a larger party, you will purchase multiple tables of two, and we will make sure that you are seated as a group. For example, if you have a party of four, you will purchase two tables.
