Begin with a beautifully designed keepsake that invites your partner into a future evening of wine, cheese, and connection. Together, you’ll answer a short pairing questionnaire. Part palate, part playful reflection, designed to capture how you taste, how you pair, and how you show up together.
Using your answers, Dan from Santé curates a custom wine and cheese tasting experience just for you. Each pairing is thoughtful, intimate, and a little cheeky. Created to spark conversation, comparison, and connection across the table.

Whether it's decanting wine in a blender, the celebratory pop of champagne, or drinking wine before a mob hit, wine has been an iconic character in some of the most famous scenes in Movie and Television history. Daniel Solway will guide you through some of his favorite, and least favorite iconic wine moments in cinema and television. This tasting is for winos and cinephiles alike!

Santé at Miss Rachel's Pantry
Dinner is $165 per person. The all-inclusive $330 table-for-two price includes complimentary natural wine pairings, expertly by sommelier Daniel Solway matched with FOUR early spring courses, plus coffee and tea, a seasonal non-alcoholic bev, and service. Tipping is not required and tax is added at checkout. The Pantry is BYOB and there are no corkage or additional fees!
This Thursday night dinner at Miss Rachel's Pantry begins at 7 pm.
The 4-course menu will be set without options. Note we use a lot of common allergens in our kitchen, and therefore cannot accommodate a cashew, soy, mushroom, or coconut allergy at this time. Let us know if you have any other food allergies, and we will notify you ahead of time if we are able to accommodate.
Our dining room is all two-seater tables. If you have a larger party, you will purchase multiple tables of two, and we will make sure that you are seated as a group. For example, if you have a party of four, you will purchase two tables.

Take a trip out to Valley Milkhouse in Oley, PA. Stefanie Angstadt, founder and head cheesemaker, will lead you on a guided tour of the cheesemaking facility, teaching you about everything that goes into the cheesemaking process.
After the tour, Daniel Solway of Santé and Stefanie will lead the group in a guided wine and cheese tasting & pairing class, exploring the impact of terroir on wine and cheese, pairing technique, and ways to cook and incorporate the cheeses into dishes at home.

November 1st will be five years to the day that Santé went live. I can’t believe I’m writing that. From Zoom Classes to Pop-up Dinners out of our apartment, to now…Over the years we’ve helped celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, marriages, and divorces.
