Meet the cheesemaker and see the cheesemaking process up close!

Take a trip out to Valley Milkhouse in Oley, PA. Stefanie Angstadt, founder and head cheesemaker, will lead you on a guided tour of the cheesemaking facility, teaching you about everything that goes into the cheesemaking process.

After the tour, Daniel Solway of Santé and Stefanie will lead the group in a guided wine and cheese tasting & pairing class, exploring the impact of terroir on wine and cheese, pairing technique, and ways to cook and incorporate the cheeses into dishes at home.
