Santé wine tastings
WHAT: Custom wine tasting events, with a variety of different tasting themes catered to different expertise levels and interests! Each session includes a 1.5-2 hour tasting featuring a curated line up of wines, snacks and locally sourced cheeses.
WHO: Taste wines with your family, a group of friends, your work colleagues- Whoever you’re with, we’ll make it a memorable time!
WHERE: We offer both virtual tastings via Zoom, as well as in-person tastings in Philadelphia and adjacent states including New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, and beyond. Two weeks advance notice needed for in-person tastings.
WHEN: Choose a date that works for you. Each tasting is typically 1.5-2 hours long.

This is the driver's permit equivalent of exploring wine. We'll go slow and steady, exploring the basic structure of wine, so that you'll feel comfortable describing the wines you like, and the ones you don't. We'll also talk about the basics of wine & food pairing, and why sparkling wine goes with everything.

You may have heard the word 'mineral' thrown around as a tasting note. You may have heard how the soil and bedrock of a vineyard can influence the character of a wine. In this tasting we'll dive into the dirt and explore some of the major soil types found in your favorite wine regions and how those affect what's in your glass.

The definition of 'natural' wine is constantly evolving. Funky. Organic. Biodynamic. Pet-Nat. All of these terms are part of the conversation. In this tasting we'll parse through what means what and show you new and weird wines to fall in love with.
