We have enjoyed the Santé experience 3 times now and have not been disappointed! The food was exceptional and the wine pairings were just as good and provided a fun addition to a tasting menu. We really liked that you do not need to be a wine expert

We had an amazing time working with Dan at our farm. He led a foraging class & amaro making demonstration, then took guests through a 5 course wine pairing. His ability to tell stories through both wine and nature is really inspiring. Our guests were asking when he would be back!

Santé Dinners won't ever be the same experience twice. The chefs change. The flavors change. The cultures change. The concepts change. But here's what doesn't change: Great food. Thoughtful wine pairings. Fun people. Porrón pours. Dan's amaro cart. It's like a dinner party at a friend's house if your friend has a great wine cellar and a bunch of chef friends. You have already found the website, what are you waiting for ?

After attending a few Santé dinner collabs, I can honestly say it’s one of the coolest experiences in the city. Intimate spaces, good vibes, excellent food and even more importantly delicious, unique wine selected by Daniel himself. Can’t wait for one of his next pop-up collaborations
