  • We have enjoyed the Santé experience 3 times now and have not been disappointed! The food was exceptional and the wine pairings were just as good and provided a fun addition to a tasting menu. We really liked that you do not need to be a wine expert to understand what you are enjoying, because Daniel takes the time to engage in conversation around the pairing, rather than speaking at you. We look forward to experiencing more of his events and even hosting events of our own with Santé!

  • We had an amazing time working with Dan at our farm. He led a foraging class & amaro making demonstration, then took guests through a 5 course wine pairing. His ability to tell stories through both wine and nature is really inspiring. Our guests were asking when he would be back!

We were won over at the Objects in Wine dinner, and saw the potential in our event from there. Dan provided applicable wine knowledge, being able to differentiate the wine-tasting event to a very specific niche leaning theme.   • Delicious and new wine, a great instructor, and fabulous company. Set up and break down were SEAMLESS!! Dan was very chill and easy to talk to. He met everyone where they were, we had a mixture of people with various wine knowledge. Everyone left learning something new, and others that knew more were able to contribute to the tasting. 10/10! I would love to have a Santé event again. It was such a fun and relaxed night.
