Every month we will host a themed wine club tasting at Luna Café. We’ll taste through a line up of four wines and discuss tasting notes, regional style, climate, soil, and more! These tastings are informative, but we like to keep things light and fun! There will be cheese and crackers to pair with the wines. Come enhance your wine skills and learn about fermented grapes in an unpretentious setting with a bunch of fellow wine lovers.

Memberships are $60/month for just the tasting. $120/month if you’d like to add-on a two bottle subscription.

Stitching:

Each participant will receive an embroidery kit: premium oval hoop, pre-printed fabric, crystal beads, thread, needles and threader (all in a canvas bag and yours to keep). Lea will provide two hours of “hands on” instruction. We’ll be going over the basics as well as beading techniques, so this workshop is perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike.

Sipping:

Dan Solway of Santé will be leading a guided wine tasting interwoven with Lea's needlepoint stitching workshop. We'll taste through four different wines, all crafted by sustainable wine farmers, and made with minimal intervention in the cellar. We'll discuss wine structure, tasting technique, and what wines go best with South Philly pizza.

During the event, we’ll be passing around some delicious ‘za hand-made and oven-fired by the awesome people from Agricola.

Cheese and rosé all day! This class is an exciting opportunity for wine lovers who are eager to expand their knowledge of rosé wines and cheese pairing. The class will be led by two experts in the field: PCS owner Julia Birnbaum and sommelier Dan Solway.

Participants will have the chance to taste four expertly selected rosés, each paired with a carefully chosen artisanal cheese. The wines on offer will include some of the finest wines that are perfect for Summer sippin'.

The class will be conducted in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, without any of the stuffiness that can sometimes be associated with wine education. Julia and Dan will share their knowledge and expertise in a way that is accessible and engaging, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of pairing cheese with rosé.

Overall, this promises to be an unforgettable evening of sipping, savoring, and learning, with a focus on the finest rosé wines for Summer. So, mark your calendars and get ready to expand your wine knowledge in the company of like-minded enthusiasts.

Dinner is $165 per person and includes complimentary orange wine pairings, expertly matched by sommelier Daniel Solway to our  *FOUR*  Valentines-inspired courses. The all-inclusive $330 table-for-two price includes all food, service, non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary pour for each course. Tax is added at checkout.  Dinner begins at 7 pm.
